Before Shipping: You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing it and get a full refund, as long as we haven't shipped it yet.
After Shipping: Cancellations aren't allowed once the item ships. Please use our Return Policy after delivery instead.
Digital or Service Orders: Cancel digital fitness plans or services at least 12 hours before the start time.
For a return and refund, these must apply:
Non-Returnable Items: Opened supplements, personalized gym apparel, hygiene products (like resistance bands once used), or perishables.
Approval: After we receive and check your return, we'll email you about approval or denial.
Refund Method: We'll send approved refunds to your original payment option (such as Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
Timeline:
Our Fault (Defective/Wrong Item): We'll cover return shipping if it's our mistake.
Other Cases: You pay return shipping fees, and original shipping costs won't be refunded.
If payment goes through due to a glitch but your order fails, we'll auto-refund it to your account in 7 working days, following RBI rules.
